We are committed to making this site as accessible as possible. This means we will do our best to comply with §508 of the US Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and WCAG - Web Content Accessibility Guidelines to Level AA Compliance. In practice this means we will use text to the maximum extent possible. Where an image is used alt text will be provided unless the image is purely decorative. In that case an empty alt tag will be used to avoid the screen reader having to listen to image: decorative image or similar text.
While there are PDFs on this site and other non-text media such as PowerPoint or Flash we will do our best to provide a textual summary if the content cannot be made accessible in any other manner such as a tagged PDF. Unfortunately, some of the screen shots for Blitzport cannot be adequately summarized since they are a graphical representation of 20,000 or more data points. If you have difficulty understanding the summary of those graphics or any other material on our website we invite to to send telephone us at 713.353.0139 or send an email to raseysm@wiserways.com.
To comply with this policy we will hold to the following points:

- Provide meaningful and descriptive text for hyperlinks,
- If documents are provided in a specialized format (e.g. PDF (Portable Document Format) , etc.) provide the equivalent text in plain text or HTML format to the maximum extent possible. - Ensure that text can always be clearly read at any location against the background.
- We will not us image maps for hyperlink content without providing a text based alternative.
- Use the ALT attribute with image tags to provide associated, meaningful, text for all images and pictures that provide substantive information and not for purely decorative or images used for layout purposes. We will avoid the use of spacer images whenever possible.
